Two players can share a nickname; nobody shares an ID. That’s why we top up against the ID and not the name.
Once diamonds are credited to an ID, they cannot be pulled back or moved to a different account. One wrong digit sends your top-up to a stranger.

Free Fire scams in Pakistan follow a short list of patterns. If a seller does any of the following, stop the conversation.
First, fully close and reopen Free Fire — the balance often refreshes on relaunch. If it’s been over 15 minutes since we confirmed, send us your transaction ID on WhatsApp and we’ll trace it.
Tell us immediately, before we run the top-up. If the order hasn’t been processed we’ll switch the ID at no cost. Once diamonds are credited, they can’t be moved.
Send both transaction receipts on WhatsApp. Duplicate payments are refunded to the same wallet you paid from, usually the same day.
No problem — pay the difference and send the second receipt, or tell us and we’ll adjust your order to the nearest pack that matches what you sent.
Get their Player ID and nickname from them directly, then order as normal. Add their nickname in the notes so we can verify before topping up.

Diamonds usually land in your account within 5 to 15 minutes of your payment being verified. Larger packs and orders placed very late at night can take slightly longer, and we tell you on WhatsApp if that’s the case.
No. We top up using your Player ID only. Any seller asking for your password, OTP, or Facebook login is trying to take your account — end the conversation and report them.
Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, UPaisa, and direct bank transfer from any Pakistani bank. You can also pay in cash at our shop in Dawood Market, Latamber, Karak.
Yes. The top-up is applied to your Player ID the same way an in-app purchase would be. You never hand over login credentials, so there is nothing for anyone to hijack.
Yes. Enter their Player ID in the order form and add their in-game nickname in the notes so we can confirm the account before crediting it.
Message us straight away. If we haven’t processed the order yet we’ll correct it free of charge. Once diamonds have been credited to an ID, Garena does not allow them to be transferred or reversed.
