While the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is United States legislation, we voluntarily follow DMCA-style notice-and-takedown procedures because our hosting provider, content delivery network, and search partners operate under them. Valid notices are handled the same way regardless of where the sender is located.

1. Content We Own

Unless otherwise stated, all original material published on VeerGaming.com is the property of VeerGaming.com and is protected by copyright law. This includes:

  • The VeerGaming name, logo, and brand styling

VeerGaming.com is an independent top-up service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena. Any reference to these marks on our site is made for identification and descriptive purposes only, so customers can understand which game our service supports.

Other trademarks referenced on this site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and UPaisa — belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the payment methods we accept.

3. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe material on VeerGaming.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send us a written notice containing all of the following:

Incomplete notices cannot be processed. If any of the six items above is missing, we will reply asking for the missing information rather than removing the content. Sending a complete notice the first time is the fastest route to resolution.

5. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

  • We acknowledge receipt by email within 24–48 hours.
  • We review the notice for completeness and assess the claim in good faith.
  • If the claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the material, usually within 3 business days of acknowledgement.
  • We notify the person who posted the material, where they can be identified, and forward a copy of your notice.
  • We keep a record of the notice and the action taken.

6. Counter-Notification

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, or that you hold the necessary rights or licence, you may send a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Send counter-notices to the same contact details listed in section 4. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not notify us of legal action within a reasonable period, we may restore the removed material.

7. Misuse of This Process

Filing a knowingly false copyright claim carries legal consequences, including liability for damages and legal costs incurred by the party wrongly accused. Please be certain of your rights before submitting a notice. If you are unsure whether a particular use infringes your copyright, consult a lawyer first.

8. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate service for any user, contributor, or partner who repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others.

9. Reporting Sites That Copy Our Content

If you find another website republishing VeerGaming.com content — our guides, pricing pages, or brand assets — we would genuinely appreciate hearing about it. Send the URL to sales@veergaming.com and we will pursue it directly.

Please also be aware that copies of our site are sometimes used to impersonate us and take payments fraudulently. VeerGaming.com is our only official website, and we will never ask you for your Free Fire account password or an OTP code. If a site claiming to be VeerGaming asks for either, it is not us — report it to us immediately.
