These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://veergaming.com and any Free Fire diamond top-up purchase made through it, operated by VeerGaming.com, founded by Waleed Alam. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
VeerGaming.com sells Free Fire diamond top-ups delivered directly to a customer-provided Free Fire Player ID, payable via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, UPaisa, or bank transfer, primarily for players in Pakistan.
2. Placing an Order
You must provide an accurate Free Fire Player ID and select a valid payment method. VeerGaming is not responsible for diamonds delivered to an incorrect account if the Player ID supplied at checkout was incorrect.
3. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the listed methods before an order is processed. Orders are typically fulfilled within minutes of confirmed payment; delivery times may vary during high demand or payment provider outages.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before diamonds are delivered may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once diamonds have been credited to the Player ID provided, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If payment was confirmed but diamonds were not delivered due to an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours for a resolution or refund.
5. Account Security
VeerGaming never requires your Free Fire account password or OTP to deliver diamonds. You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use VeerGaming.com for fraudulent payment, chargebacks made in bad faith after successful delivery, or any activity that violates Garena/Free Fire’s own terms of service. VeerGaming is an independent top-up service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garena.
7. Limitation of Liability
VeerGaming is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, Garena server issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Changes to Service or Terms
We may update pricing, available payment methods, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local jurisdiction.
